I made up the push press workout from earlier this week. My highest weight was 75 lbs. I was hoping for more but my shoulders felt absolutely shot first thing in the morning. Then for good measure I did 55 burpees in a row. I leave for my cruise tonight so see you all in a week!
6:28 with 200 lbs for deadlifts. 21-15-9 box jumps, DL's, clapping pushups. Nice job 5:30 everyone looked like they were pushing hard. FarmHouse tomorrow for Cinnamon Roll Saturday. Ben Out. Please don't hurt me Donohoe.
Did the same as the fellas up there--140# DL, hopping pushups the first 21 and then dropped to my knees and did clapping pushups for the 15 and 9 . Finished in 9:10.
