    Today i did yesterdays wod 4 rounds of
    21 d.u
    15 pullups (blue band)
    9 deadlifts 225
    in 11.35 it was a lotta work and my foremans are fried. I used a blue band, still haven't gotta really good at pullups yet but as always it is a work in progress.

  4. I forgot to post I did the WOD yesterday. Got my first tear in both hands. Burns! Time was 16.13 I think.

    12-15-21 Ball Slams (16lbs)
    10-10-10 DB Push Press (20lbs)

    Finished in 12:45

    Felt great & even though i hate rowing it wasn't as bad as i thought. Happy Thursday!

    didn't eat a great lunch and that really killed me. i think i could've done this sub-10 on a good day. since i am not officially on the zone i take my diet for granted, but on days like this i really see what a difference it makes to eat well.

  14. Did yesterday's DU/PU/DL WOD. 11:17 with the DL scaled to 203#. Much tougher than I anticipated. Great job Kylie and Brillz. Nice job also to Andrew, VD, Paul and K-Roe, way to push it! Off to Minnesota for my nephew's state hockey tournament...you don't want to go to Thunder Bay with stitches.
