  6. Great job 6am. It was nice to work out all together again. DNF when Joe called time which was 2 times the first finisher. Rested a couple of minutes and then finished.

    Interesting WOD. I've got two new rips from this one. One on each rign finger. I hook gripped for all 75 so maybe that had something to do with it. It was cool to workout as one class again. Great job 6AM!

  10. DNF in the allowed time, got to 58; rested a few minutes and finished the remaining 17. Nice job everyone, it was fun to work out as a big group.

    I did 150 wall balls for time. 7 minutes flat.

    I finished and did 53 with just the bar since I'm still getting used to these. First time with bar today instead of the wimpy PVC pipe.

    Ricky told me to do under 7min before i started. It sucked haha. Afterwards i did a couple more snatches and ended up snatching 155lb. Ill be able to get body weight no prob.

  24. Finished in 7:23. My forearms were toast. Hook gripped half of the reps need to work on that to move some more weight and hopefully save the forearms. 5:30 was great today, nice job everyone. And tomorrow is Cinnamon Roll Saturday so join us at the FarmHouse.
