  4. Did yesterday's CFO WOD, 15 pullups, 18 wall balls, 21 KB swings. Instead of bar pullups I did ring pullups, which are, like, way hard...at least for me. 16:42. Nice job everyone.

  6. Today was awesome! Made up yesterdays workout. Did round 1 with blue bands for pullups, then went to green bands. That's a huge accomplishment for me because last month I couldn't do any pullups with blue. Finished in 16 something...

  8. Did workout of 20 lunges 20 ball slams (16#)...was supposed to only do 6 rounds -- after I finished, I realized I did 7. Finished btwn 10:30-10:45.

  10. Been meaning to post this -- My 30th B-DAY party. March 21st, starts at 7:30 but come anytime, Jake's in Benson (62nd & Maple). If you go in the offsale part of the shop, just go all the way to the back and you will see the bar :) Hope you can make it!

  14. I didn't come because I needed a break after 5 days straight. My arms and back are sore from yesterday and my left hand has a pretty big tear that bled every where. 15 pull ups is a lot in the 3rd and 4th round!

    I took a 20 minute run though because I was bored. It's not very nice out.

  20. i did the ball slam thing, not sure on time, because I started doing more than I should have and I dont know...anyway good times on Saturday morning :)
