  2. it was a mob scene at noon. nice to see so many people getting after it. i just did some back squats and burpees. easing back in after being sick.

    Everyone did great today on a tough exercise, I know I hate being upside down and I always need the work. Gamers you all look strong I hope everyone got their new PR today.

  8. I hadn't done either of these before today. I was able to do a handstand (for the first time in well ever, probably). I didn't do pushups, just holds. I was pretty excited about it though. Thanks for all the help today guys! Nooners rock! :)

  10. well 5:30 i dont think ill be able to make it in at all this week due to the ORE were havin. im workin 14 hour shifts so i dont think ill have the energy. =(

  12. I was in a group with Andrew and Vanessa. We got through all five rounds. I did all of my HSPUs with 1 abmat except four without. Nice job 5:30. See everyone tomorrow.

  14. Awesome job 6:30. It's awesome to be back officially. I was actually able to do the Handstand Pushups (with ab mats of course, started w/2 & had to add 1 more) & for the KTEs needed some help with that extra push to the elbows. Not a bad day. See y'all tomorrow!

  18. I'm very behind on posting my workouts... The 5K from Sunday, I accidentally ran 4 miles (because I can't count laps) in 32 minutes. The HSPU and KTE workout was extremely frustrating for me as I can't do either. Now I have 2 more things to add to my "weakness" list :)
