  6. scaled to 63#, 10:32. Thought my push jerks felt pretty good. Just rested too much at the begining. Great job Nooners! Way to push to the finish!

  8. ran 12 block (about a mile) and then did 10 pushups, 25 squats, and 10 knees to elbow. 3 rounds about 25 mins or so, I didnt have my watch
