Team Hanging Grace
50 reps for time:
110/75 pound Hang Squat Clean and Jerk

This workout involves teams of two, each accomplishing one squat clean and jerk from the hang position at a time. Remember, you have to fully squat and you may get the bar overhead any way you want. Only one rep can be done by each team member at a time before rotating.

    Would've loved to join in. Instead did 3-rep sets of back squats (worked up to 308#) and then

    21-15-9

    110# front squats
    24" box jumps

    5:00 even.

  10. Worked out with Dan (Nate) did 120# finished in 12 something. Felt good but my lower back got weak towards the end and started to round. I will have to work continuously to prevent that from happening. Great job 10am it was great to see so many people there and so many people at FarmHouse.
