    wow this crazy for muscular endurance. I want that tired but i couldnt go much faster or i wouldve failed on pushups. I started out waaaay to slow though. Good job everyone today was real fun especially the gymnastics at the end =)

  26. 21-15-9 DB thrusters and PUs 10:10 I believe, 25# and purple bands on PUs. this was frustrating, I was hoping for under 10 mins but I used my gloves on pullups and couldnt get a grip so I had to take them off as soon as the workout started, o well, room for improvment!
