Well what a great workout for today considering all of the noon ladies did a bunch of pullups yesterday :)

Way to go Jen!! I on the other hand thought I was going to fall off the bar during the last round of pullups. My forearms were popping! 11 and some change.

10 rounds for time of: 135 pound Dead-lifts, 15 reps 15 Pushups 13:26 wow this crazy for muscular endurance. I want that tired but i couldnt go much faster or i wouldve failed on pushups. I started out waaaay to slow though. Good job everyone today was real fun especially the gymnastics at the end =)

21-15-9 DB thrusters and PUs 10:10 I believe, 25# and purple bands on PUs. this was frustrating, I was hoping for under 10 mins but I used my gloves on pullups and couldnt get a grip so I had to take them off as soon as the workout started, o well, room for improvment!
