I did all 50 squats in rounds 1 and 4 and did two sets of 25 in rounds 2 and 3. The running felt good this morning although a little chilly. Good work morning crew.

I'm sad I missed booty shorts Monday. After missing 4 days worth of workouts, I was looking forward to today's. Did 1/3 mile runs instead of 400M (that's the track size at the gym). Finished in 18:08. Man were my legs jello!

Working another three in a row. It really screws up my Crossfit schedule but I must say, I am not compleetely heart broken that I missed this one. I need work on the running but bleh! I hate it. I'll make this one... maybe. :) Have a good day all and work hard.
subbed 400m row for running since my knee has been buggin me lately -14:59 nice job 6:30, all four of us! kinda a fun workout tonight, not only do my quads feel like jello but they're still shaking!
