WOD 5 rounds for time: 30 second handstand hold 20 Air Squats
You only have to accumulate 30 seconds for each round. It does not have to be for 30 consecutive seconds.

I wanted so bad to see everyone, but Mary and kids were in car accident yesterday so I wasn't able to make it. Everyone is fine (except the van). I will be seeing everyone this week though. Oh and Happy Birthday to me. Jim Gill
