Good work, 6am-ers. That was BRUTAL. Definitely the worst one I've done in at least a month.

I also have ENORMOUS bruises on my shoulders from catching the DBs. Better bruises than internal pain, though!

Dear Morning monsters, This was a truely tough one, we all swam in the deep water and survived. I did 6,6,5+8 squats,6, 4+? squats. Paul did a great job this morning. Donohoe is crawling out....

Well, it's a rest day so I'm going to make up the mile run from yesterday on the treadmill...I don't even know what time to shoot for...?

I totally enjoyed today's workout. Something must be wrong with me 4 3 and most of squats 3 and some squats 3 3 and needed all squats
