  2. Good work, 6am-ers. That was BRUTAL. Definitely the worst one I've done in at least a month.

    I also have ENORMOUS bruises on my shoulders from catching the DBs. Better bruises than internal pain, though!

    This was a truely tough one, we all swam in the deep water and survived.
    I did 6,6,5+8 squats,6, 4+? squats.
    Paul did a great job this morning.

  18. I sure do feel sorry for the people at 6am, the 3 minute rounds was tough enough for me. I did:
    1 round: 5
    2 round: 4 +3cl + 3pu
    3 round: 4
    4 round: 4 + 3cl
    5 round: 4 + 3cl + 3pu

    I am glad I work out at noon.
