Did my workout this morning. I had awful luck making it into the gym this week, but I kept working out which I'm very proud of. I'll definitely be there at 10 tomorrow! I did: 50 mountain climbers 50 pushups run 800 meters 40, 40 run 30, 30 run 20, 20 run 10, 10 run 30:00 flat. That was harder than I thought it would be.
With only 3 of us there for the 6:30 class we did individual Annie. My time was 7:08, Rx'd. I've only done Annie one time before and that was a team effort so I'm not sure how my time stacks up but I'll take it. Nice job Courtney and Dan.
