Thrusters:104. I thought it was a lot lower than that until Megan reminded me that I was using a 45# bar, so I was really happy I tried to get 111 but it just wasnt happening. I hope I have been adding 45 to all the past workouts, wouldnt be surprised if I wasnt.

STINK AND DRINK!!! Attn: All Xfitters who like to drink...ok I think I covered everyone!!
We are planning a first EVER Stink and Drink for Thursday Feb 5th at the Time Clock lounge. It will be after the 5:30 and 6:30 classes. If anyone from 6 am or 12 would like to start early, then by all means do!!
Basically you have a great WOD get all stinky then go to the Time Clock for a little drinky.
Hope to smell ya there :)

I got up for the 6am, but just wasn't feeling up to it today. Figured I'd take my rest day early. I think those 2pd swings really hit me on Monday.

6:40 as RX'd CFO WOD. Wow is my back sore. This one felt pretty good exept for my SDHP's. They were so slow. broke up a couple jumps which slowed me down some also. Finally got a scale. From a hedge shop haha. Ben and i are gonna do 4 days on and take friday off. start Zonein on mon. good week see yall tomorrow =)

7:25 CFO WOD as RX'd. This workout did not feel very good today but I still had fun. Almost got some shin decoration when I missed the box on a jump. Nice job to both sides at 5:30.

Some of you guys seem really down lately. Gettin mad at your self's and just really puting yourself down.Getting mad at yout performance. Dont do that. "People of mediocre ability sometimes achieve outstanding success because they dont know when to quit." Every WOD you do your bettering yourself. You arnt going to be good at everything. Just keep up the work and stay motivated. Just my 2 cents haha =)

Scaled to 63# SDLHP and 20in box jumps; 12:45. I was feeling a little negative about how I did but then I read Joe's post and realized he's right and I should be more positive ... so thx Joe!! Great job to everyone at 5:30 tonight.

Did main site WOD and got up to 198lbs on my 1 rep thruster max. Then did the CFO WOD with Hannah. Finished as Rx'd in 6:14. Thanks for doing the extra workout with me Lefler.
