Say hi to Teagan Michelle Frausto. She entered the world at a whopping 8 pounds and 7 ounces and measured 21 1/4 inches. She beat Damian in both weight and height. Brand new and already a competition.

If any of you would like to visit, Crystal and the baby are at Bergan-Mercy Hospital, 2nd floor. Her room number is 242. Please call me before coming so that I can let the baby know you are coming.

  24. Not my best morning. 30 front squats for time (198#): 9:46. Did that weight 10x last week but today it was all sets of 3 and 4. Oh well.

    Nice work on the thrusters, 6ers!

  26. 9:38 scaled, I did the first 10 at 120# then jumped up to 130# for the last 5. I tried a couple at 140# but failed twice on the thrusters so I dropped back down to 110# for 5 more reps for a little extra work, you know, just for funsies. All in all I felt pretty good this morning. Nice job morning crew.

    Congrats Crystal and Ricky, she's beautiful!

  36. Time was 8 something at 77#. I didn't really feel great about today. I got to my last rep and wanted to make it good and then I started thinking about it too much. I've gotta work on the balance of thinking and doing. I know I have to think about form, but then I just have to put it into action. I'll just keep working on it.

  40. 9:48 with 164lbs then i stayed and tried 185 and it wasnt very hard so i just did 15 with 185lbs wouldve been a lot easier to do it right the first time haha. see yall tomorrow =)

  42. I missed the noon class today because I was having car issues. Made it to 530 and scaled the work out to 109#'s. Finished in 5:53. Also ran 4 miles on a treadmill at noon. Dan M.
