  2. yay rest day haha im bringing a friend to the noon class tomorrow. Hes never done Crossfit. and ive never been to the noon class. hopefully tomorrows a good one. see yall there =)

    Today pissed me off. 123# on the full clean.

  6. yesterdays run has me SORE!! I can chalk running up to my weakness list fo sho! full cleans today got up to 133#...attempted 138# like A MILLION times, cleaning it was not hard just the front squat part...ANOTHER weakness! I'm excited about this tho and lookin fwd to making improvements!! nice job today everyone, I love strength days!! thanks reba for giving me tips on my form...its much appreciated so keep it comin!! im starting this zone stuff tomorrow!! wish me luck!!
