    Great job, 6am. Saw a lot of really solid front squats.

  10. 87# for all four rounds. I felt like my form was pretty good. A few crappy ones, but I tried to correct. I was happy with today, but I hope I can go heavier next time, with correct form of course. Jen, I aspire to keep up with you, yet fail everytime. You're a beast!

  12. Today was real fun. Great success on converting my friend into the CrossFit cult haha final set of 10 was 155. I can go a lot heaver but FS kill my hips. then did 3 rounds of 250 row
    5 burpbees
    10 OH lunges 1 pood
    10 Ball slams
    10 box jumps
    5 burpees 9:51
    rowing sucks haha see yall tomorrow =)

  14. Today I did 199x10 for my third set. I thought I could do 221x10 for my 4th set, but was only able to make it 6 times. I am sure I could have done it 10x's if it was my first or second set. Maybe next time I will get all 10.

  16. Today I ended up doing 112x10 on my last set. I moved up in weight bit by bit on each set. Thats too much math to figure out. Nice job nooners!

  18. Today I did rounds 1 & 2 with 68 pounds. I felt like I could do some more so I went up to 77 pounds for round 3. My form went to crap at rep 4 or so. Finished out the 10 (painfully) at that weight then did round 4 back at 68. Nice job 5:30 group!

  22. Tonight was rough; haven't been here in quite awhile and I felt dizzy after the warmup so I knew squats were going to be harder than I'd planned on ... did 2 sets w/ 70 and 2 w/ 65. Awesome job to everyone at 5:30 and especially to Debra; her squats looked awesome and she's always great to work out with!

I got up to 99# and the legs are jello now! aannnddd i got my first pullup without bands! 3 in a row and then 5 more after that, I blame a lot of it on adrenaline and the fact that my arms have been well rested since I havent been able to come in the past few days, but it was still exciting. Great job tonight everyone!
