Ricky Frausto Filed Under:

WOD

For time:
4000 meter row
300 double unders
2000 meter run (enterprise and back x 5)

Three people per team. All three members can be working towards finishing the workout simultaneously. The only rule is that the running portion of the workout can only be completed one 400 at a time and as soon as each run is completed the whole team must rotate exercises.

If there are still meters to be completed and no running left, your team will then rotate every 50 double unders. If there are no double unders left, you may then rotate at will to get the rowing done.

Post time to comments.

Look at these two. Zackj and the professor getting ready to start their first round of "Nancy."

The games group will be meeting at noon to go over the registration process for Sunday morning. This will also be a great time for any of you to bring in a laptop if you have one, to help with registering every one.

Registration starts tomorrow at exactly 9 AM. I need everyone of you to be here by 8 AM so that we can make sure everything is in order and ready to go. It's for real now, people.

  6. Teamed up with Tom and Cindy. I think we came in at 17 something. I yelled time at 3000m of rowing thinking we were done only to be reminded that we had an additional 1000m to row. Then it was on to breakfast at Farm House with Dan, Joe, and Kelli.

  14. the wod i have dreaded ever having to do has been posted. i can run, I can jump, but i cannot hit a target to save my life. wall balls are my nemesis. I hate every second of them, especially the air balls I so often find myself doing. . .tomorrow is Sunday, the day of rest. Instead it will be a day to teach me how to be humble.........I am looking at my cat "Gizmo" right now with envy. He eats, sleeps, and poops.......seriously. See all you suckers tomorrow.........

Thanks For Visiting!
