  2. We did a suprise team WOD today!! It was a lot of fun and I am not sure how many rounds Jeff and I got done with I think 4. Pull-up's (strict) are my nemesis....I will get them.

    5 hang power cleans (95#)
    10 pushups


    8 rds. my pushups are still so weak.

  8. did 250 du's. i have a new PR with 20 in a row. after that i was dead i got a couple of 10 in a row but a whole lot of single double single double ugh shoulders are dead haha o and thanks for doin somersaults with me Ben CFO is pretty much like recess haha =)

  10. Did A, 4 rounds 300m row, 12 burpees, 7:32. Then it was recess, did somersaults, bad idea, and some triple unders but could only get one in a row.

  12. I did Wed's WOD of 21/15/9 box jumps (24"), wall balls (20#) and SDHP (110#). 9:00 even. I struggled on the first round of SDHP for some reason but got into a little bit of a groove for rounds 2 and 3. Nice job 6:30 class.

  14. Love farmer's walks - when I get done, I feel so light I can barely keep my heels on the floor. Feels like a slumber party game... light as a feather, stiff as a board...

  16. Did workout A yesterday. 11:40... I have an awful cold and this just made my chest burn... Can't wait for more rowing :)
