As you may have noticed, as of late, we have been splitting up the classes. The reason behind this is that we have begun to train for the regional qualifier that is to be held in Denver, Colorado on the 16th and 17th of May. Most of the people that are in the training group have been chosen because of their ability to follow through with the majority of workouts as prescribed and make the cut-off times. This will be needed as this group will be taking on main site workouts for the next four months.
I did not intend to offend anyone if they feel they are capable and willing to workout with this group. In actuality, I would like to invite anyone who feels this way to join in our group. If you have any questions concerning the qualifier please feel free to email or ask at any time.
