If you are interested, Tovar and I are attending the UNO wrestling dual tonight at 7 P.M. This is a meeting between the top-ranked mavs and #1 ranked (Division III) powerhouse Augsburg College. It should be a fun night of exciting action between some very good athletes.

We will be meeting at the gym around 6:30 P.M. before leaving for the University. Everyone is welcome to join us afterwards for some food and drinks.

  6. im out of town right now, so I did AMRAP 5 squats, 5 burpees, 5 pushups. got up to round ten and my calf cramped up again, happened last night in a bball game. anyone have suggestions other than drinking more water than a camel?

  10. I'm kind of sad I'll be missing this WOD, but I'm going to enjoy my rest day! Jeff Shannon, I must bow down to the great advice about the callous shaver for my hands. I bought one today, and I already notice a huge difference. Thanks Jeff! I'll see everyone tomorrow.
