I did a WOD from last week - AMRAP 20 min 7 pullups/7 KB swings (2 pood)/7 burpees. 10 complete rounds, my goal was at least 11 so I was a little disappointed but those damn pullups got the best of me today. Plus I had to stop a couple of times for a little agressive parenting...apparently the "Santa's watching" speech is losing it's edge. If I don't make it in for 1 of tomorrow's classes I hope everyone has a great Christmas...or Hanukkah...or Boxing Day...or Festivus

I was in colorado all yesterday so I took that as my rest day and did the snatches today- 65# 7:31
and then I also did another workout, 3 rounds of 400m run, 25 KB swings, and 12 push press 65# 12:26. I felt really sluggish today, pry from doing absolutely nothing lately so hopefully that will change! Hope ya'll have a merry christmahanakwanzaka!

I was upset with my performance yesterday, so I decided to do Grace today. I was a little happier today, finished 5:37 almost two minutes faster than last time. Congrats Amanda.

Late post - sorry. Today I did Isabel. 73# and finished in 8:16. I loved the opportunity to work on this lift - since the movement still feels uncomfortable. I figure if I keep on doing it, eventually I will get the mechanics of it down!
