For time:
1 Handstand Pushup
2 Long Jumps
3 Situps
4 Lateal Lunges (2 each)
5 Burpees
6 Walking Lunges
7 Box Jumps (or whatever you can jump onto)
8 Twisting Pushups (pushup, twist, point one hand to ceiling)
9 Pull-ups
10 Mountain Climbers 
11 Air Squats 
12 Shuttle Runs (pick out a distance and run it 12 times)

This workout is to be done in the same fashion as the 12 days of Christmas. Do one handstand pushup, then 2 long jumps and 1 handstand pushup. Do three situps, 2 long jumps, and 1 handstand pushup. Follow in this pattern until every level is completed. 

Post time, shuttle distance, and jump height to comments.

    shuttle distance: through the living room, hallway, up 7 stairs (maybe 60 feet?). piano bench jumps-about 2 inches above my knee. also, i did half dips with chairs instead of pull-ups. the last round took me almost 5 minutes!

    Shuttle dist: 25 feet, but counted each way as one? so there you have it. Did strict pullups on the I-beam in the basement. Loved it. Ran for 15 minutes after. Now stuffing face with holiday cheer.

  18. Didn't do the 12 movements of Christmas, but instead did:

    3 rds

    2 shuttles (about 20 yds)
    5 long jumps
    5 vertical jumps
    10 walking lunges (80#)
    25 squats
    10 lateral lunges

    9:59

    did it outside. pretty cold, but the sun was too nice to stay inside.

    We did a similar workout at Crossfit Hattiesburg...but we did:

    1 ball slam, 2 wall balls, 3 box jumps, 4 K2E, 5 ring dips, 6 GHD's, 7 GHD presses, 8 KBS, 9 OHS, 10 pull ups, 11 SDHP, 12 burpees.
