  18. 5:32 using 240# for the DL - my 1 rep max is 279 so the 275 was a bit out of reach. Felt good to get in there and work up a sweat, especially after a fattening holiday.

  26. 5 something rx'd. Used #185. Almost too heavy. I think it was like 5:30 or :40. First time burpees have felt decent. Awesome work by 4:30!!!
