For time, ten rounds of:
Sprint a 100 meters
Walk a 100 meters.

If you do not have 100 meters mapped out, sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds and walk back to the starting point.

    10 DB deadlifts (2 50# DBs)
    10 goblet squats (50# DB)
    10 walking lunges (35# DBs)

    eat that, machine-filled hotel gym! tomorrow I may try to get to Crossfit Philadelphia, if it isn't too much of a pain in the BE-hind.

  4. Well my sister timed a made up tabata wod for me. It was good. Elbow starting to feel better, then I just fell down the driveway on ice and banged up my other one. Guess its not in the cards for my elbows this week.

    Tabata

    Pushups - finally got 8 every round
    Situps - 15 each round or more
    Squats - 18-20
    Plank holds - switched to 40 secs on and 20 secs off.

    Friday I did the following.

    50 situps
    50 jumping squats
    50 walking lunges
    50 situps
    50 air squats
    50 jumping lunges - these sucked
    50 situps

    Obviously stayin off the dang elbows for awhile - and using what I have available. Hope everyone had a great holidays!!
