Row 1000 meters
75 empty bar thrusters
50 pull-ups
Row 750 meters
60 empty bar thrusters
35 pull-ups
Row 500 meters
45 empty bar thrusters
20 pull-ups

Teams of two. Break the workout up however you want but it must be done in the order that it is written. For example, you can split the first 1000 into 100's, 250's, 500's, or one person can do all 1000 meters before you move onto the next exercise. Same goes for thrusters and pull-ups.

Okay, so today is the last day that you can sign up for the NYE bash at the paxton. We have a fairly large contingent going so it should be a lot of fun. I also want and encourage everyone to hit up Pauli's for Veronica Barna's NYE shindig. Go to both. But you need to let me know if you want to hit up the paxton because they need a final head count. Call, email, or tell me in person but let me know asap.

  2. If anyone is interested, Joe and I are going over to Blas's on Saturday night to watch the UFC fights. It is an amazing fight card and should be a lot of fun. If you want to go either let me know during classes or give me a call. I'll give more information if you are interested.

  6. Great job this morning crew! I would have loved to stay to watch the finish of the 10am workout but I had to relieve Zach of puppy duty.
    B Christ was a great partner. If it weren't for him I would still be doing my pullups. Thanks for pulling my weight! :) We finished in 25:38. So much fun.

  10. Wow, great work 10:00. It was good to be back in today as it has been 2 weeks since my last workout. It was tough. I scaled the reps to the 20, 15, 10. Courtney was my partner & did great. We finished in 29:31.

  12. broke it half, 500m row 40 thrusters 25 PUs, 375m row 30 thrusters 17 PUs, 250m row 20 thrusters 10 PUs. used a purple band on pullups and a 45# bar for thrusters. 18:56 Wasnt as fast as I had hoped but I was sicker than a dog all last night and this morning so I was just glad to get a workout in.
