  2. along with most of the group this morning, I did the deadlift burpee workout. I should have gone heavier on the dl (155#) but o well. I really need to work on those. I finished in 6:04. Plenty of room for improvement...

  6. The monsters of the morning were in full affect this morning. Everyone was looking good on the deadlifting and burpees, Greg crushed it with the Rxd weight. Jeff was doing one armed something(oky that just crazy, seriously) and I was too busy sucking air during burpees to notice anyone else's wod. But judging by the sweat laced clothing everyone got after it.
    OH yeah finished in 7.50 rxd weight, those dam burpees blow.

  8. So didn't know what I wanted to do today, was looking online when Reba came in and said she was doing the "Leg Workout", I hadn't done it yet so said I would do it with her. We thought it was only 3 rounds until Ricky informed us it was 5, that didn't help much. I liked it, I definitely need to work on my box jump cycle time needs to get better.

    300m Elevated Row 3 Reds
    30 Walking Lunges
    30 24" Box Jumps

    Made it through the row on of the 5th round, at the 20 min. cutoff. There were a lot of different work outs going on at noon, great job everyone.

    did it on a treadmill, so it doesn't compare to the Enterprise 400. still, i was very happy with that time.

  12. I have been really busy this week and it has killed me to look at the site and see all the WOD's I keep missing. I did the burpee/deadlift one today... i came in wanting to do that one.
    I used 185# which is really freaking heavy and finished in 5:50.
    I loved seeing all the different workouts today at noon. It was a good rest day to come in on.
    Tovar I thought you were gonna die.... Great job!

I did running barbara today. 3 rounds of 400m run, 20 pullups, 40 situps, 30 pushups, and 50 squats with 1 min rest inbetween rounds. i'm not sure what my final time was but it was somewhere around 29 mins. I went out a little hard on the first round and then focused on technique on the last two

  18. I did AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
    5 thrusters
    7 hang power cleans
    10 SDHP's
    all with a 98 lb barbell

    I finished 7 rounds, 5 thrusters and 2 cleans. Good workout, and my forearms are goung to be fried tomorrow!

  22. my first day at crossfit springfield, we did:
    3x
    25 push-ups
    25 pull-ups
    25 SDHP #55
    25 OH squats

    it took me 37 minutes- wow! but, i felt good in the fact that i was the only girl doing full push-ups and pull-ups. ricky warned me that a lot of crossfits do longer workouts- so it'll be an interesting week! but it was a great workout and i felt pretty good about it!

    forearms are killing me after that one. I'm not sure how I got through exactly 9 rounds, as I spent a lot of time resting and swearing.
