There will be a new year's party that is hosted by Blas Hilario and brothers. It is being held at the Paxton Ballroom and the cost is $40 a head. There will be free appetizers, beer, and wine. We will have an exclusive CrossFit table for those that want to come. Money is due by the 26th. You are required to dress up in your best attire.

  2. I did the leg workout from a while ago or at least what I remembered of it yesterday:
    rounds of 300m elevated row, 30 lunges, 20 box jumps- not quite sure if thats what the workout was and I didnt get a time cause I didnt have a watch on me

    hope ya'll had fun last night! I think i'm gunna need to sleep a little longer before I attempt this workout!

  6. yay a workout i can actually do. Everyone had awsome sweaters last night. Pigs ina blacket were amazing. I got some good pictures. Thanks Gary for lettin me take a nap on your couch haha

    Great job on the sweaters, folks...except for the select few that were too cool for ugly sweaters.
    Not working out today, unless cleaning a bathroom counts. Functional, right?

    I did 21-15-9 squats (80#) and no-pushup burpees. 4:29.
