Staying Fit after and during Pregnancy!
Here is a little article I came across in one of the older issues of the Performance Menu. This is a publication put out by Catalyst Athletics. It is an interesting article of a woman who worked out with kettlebells throughout her pregnancy and continued to do so well post-partum. It discusses what types of workouts she did prior to getting pregnant, what she did during, and how she returned her body to pre-pregnancy status. It's a great article on how to continue to maintain fitness during a woman's journey through pregnancy. I am not sure why I posted this article but it would seem that most females are curious about how to or even if they should workout during this time. Post your comments, if you'd like.

Happy Belated Birthday
Joe and I would like to send out a happy belated birthday to Alison (Monday). She has been a special part of our business and on June 1st we will be celebrating another aniversary. Our one year anniversary of being open as well as having Alison as our first client ever. Thanks so much for everything you have given us and of course still being here. We love you.

Not quite my best, but my hands were pretty torn up from pull-ups and I had no grip.

6:00 wasn't really too bad. I might have to make it a habit.

  18. 343 x 3

I really struggled with 343 but managed to get 3 reps. This was my 3rd attempt weight at the games so I was happy. Hannah and Kylie were both killing the squats today.

  26. Reba, you rocked it! 160lbs...I think??? Either way, I enjoyed working to get stronger. I am liking the strength days more and more, especially with such a weak back. I especially enjoyed doing high reps of yellows at the end.
    Great job everyone!
