Better Show Up

So I hear that there is a workout going down in Elmwood park this Saturday at 9 A.M. where anyone who wants to get a good workout in can come for free so long as a good effort is put forth. It's kind of a be there or be square kind of thing. I hope there is a good turnout. Be sure and wear your CrossFit Omaha shirts.

For time:
Walking Lunges, 50 steps
25 Pushups
50 Air Squats
25 Situps
15 Long Jumps
Run approximately 400 meters (set the distance)
15 Long Jumps
25 Situps
50 Air Squats
25 Pushups
Walking Lunges, 50 steps

    I did this workout just shy of 12 min and the stupid pushups killed me... apparently on top of losing endurance I lost my muscles too :(

  8. Well, first of all, sorry for your loss Alison. second, i didn't add the run into the WOD, so you can thank Ricky for that one!!! Anyways, just finished this WOD. Felt great, but running on lack of sleep. Since the Zone has gone down the drain since we left thurs this wasn't too good!! See ya'll on monday.

    The 400 was an unspecified distance around the block (i'd say it was like a 440)
