So I hear that there is a workout going down in Elmwood park this Saturday at 9 A.M. where anyone who wants to get a good workout in can come for free so long as a good effort is put forth. It's kind of a be there or be square kind of thing. I hope there is a good turnout. Be sure and wear your CrossFit Omaha shirts.

I did this workout just shy of 12 min and the stupid pushups killed me... apparently on top of losing endurance I lost my muscles too :(
