Again as a reminder, we will not be holding any classes this morning as CrossFit Omaha has a booth at the FitO!maha Expo. We hope you will be there either helping out or at least to stop by and say hello. It should be a fun event that will get CrossFit out there to more people. Regularly scheduled classes will resume on Monday. Thanks for everyone's help these past two weeks with both this expo and the Midwest CrossFit Challenge. If you are helping out at the expo please wear one of our new Crossfit shirts (and a pair of black mesh shorts if you can) or if you haven't got yours yet we will be selling them at the expo as well so you can pick one up then.
WOD
With a continously running clock do one air squat and two walking lunges the first minute, two air squats and four walking lunges the second minute, three air squats and six walking lunges the third minute, and continue in this fashion until you aren't able to complete the required amount of reps in a single minute.

I finished round 14 about 3 seconds after the minute was up. It didn't seem to matter how hard I tried to get all 28 lunges, my legs just wouldn't work anymore.
