It's going to be one of those days today and so without further adieu, the return of the campus run (400). I know that most of you have been waiting for the opportunity to workout outside and it will come true today. Let's see how big of a class we can get in here at both 5:30 and 6:30.

400 Run (campus run)
21 Box Jumps (24")
21 KB Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
Scale where necessary, including box height in exchange for a faster cycle time if 24" slows you down too much or a smaller kettlebell as we now have a couple of 12kg (26.5lbs) kettlebells that just came in.

Then after all that we each did 500m row. Kat was fastest, but we all did it under 2 minutes. It was tough. Harder than I thought
