Gotta Be Able to Run!

You see 3 rounds for time with 400 meters, 21 swings, 12 pullups, etc. You think that if you can only do swings a little faster or that your pullups would just come around that you would do really well maybe even setting a new pr, but the one thing that can probably help you shave time off is the running part. Check the video out below.

"Tabata Pushups"
With a running clock do pushups for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Record only your lowest round. You qualify to post to comments only if you have the most perfect pushups on the planet.

  2. I concentrated on keeping my form the whole time today. I did that, but could only get a couple push-ups at a time. It got down to like 5 push-ups in the last few sets.
