    Situps slowed me down but the DUs felt really good.

  10. So DU's are getting better, was able to get 8 in a row several times. Figured my time wrong yesterday should be 11:20. 5:45 is just crazy.

  12. 6:02. Kept tripping over my own feet on the first few, but then found my rhythm. I am growing more and more fond of DU's, and situps have always been my favorite! :-)
