7 Rounds
5 Snatch Grip BtN Push Press
5 Overhead Squat

Using a wide grip and with the bar behind the neck (BtN), push press it overhead for 5 reps followed immediately by 5 overhead squats. Start with a moderate load and go up each round. Use as much rest as needed between sets so as to keep the focus on mechanics and load.

  4. That was tough. Definitely need to work on stability on overhead squats. I'm gonna rank these as #3 weakness, right after DUs and (i don't even want to bring it up) cartwheels.
