Saturday being a rest day is a tricky one. You have to decide if you are going to take Sunday off as you might as well and come in today or if you have pushed your body to the brink and need the day off whether you do something on Sunday or not. Whatever you choice is we would love to have you come in. Maybe we can work on a weakness such as strength, we can all get stronger.
