New Year's Eve Schedule

There are basketball games being held in the fieldhouse tonight for the Metro Holiday Tournament and so parking will be non-existent but I have a deal worked out with Security so that you guys may drive down the access road alongside the weight room (the path that we take for our runs) all the way to where the gates to the football field are located (big red garage door). If you don't know where I am referring to please give me a call.

We will hold only two classes on New Year's Eve, one at 10AM and the other at 5:30PM. We will be closed on Tuesday for New Year's Day and will resume our normal class schedule on the 2ND.

It's that time of year again. Many people will be making resolutions in order to change something for the better. This is your chance to get in here and become a part of something real. Don't be intimidated as this will only keep you from coming in and having the most fun you'll have all year. You have to start somewhere and Joe and I are well qualified to take you from your current fitness, or lack thereof, to new heights you thought not possible. We have a current group we are working with that is dedicated to elite fitness but at the same time having fun. Come and meet this group from all walks of life as they will be one of the major reasons you will come back for more. Not to mention the approach we take to changing your life. Have a safe and happy New Years and make that call to us. You won't regret it.

5 Rounds for time:
7 Front Squat (Heavy)
14 Pushups
21 Jumping Pullups

Scale where necessary. If you have trouble with unscaled pushups but are able to do possibly 3 to 5 perfect ones I would suggest doing so. Remember that body touching the floor, arms completely locked out, and no snaking of the mid-section constitutes a perfect rep. On the jump pullups try and touch the chest to the bar as well as locking out the arms at the bottom. Heels must touch as well.
