WOD
Front Squat 5-5-5 reps
rest 2 minutes
800 meter run
rest 2 minutes
Front Squat 5-5-5 reps

Warm up on front squats till you reach a weight that is as close to your 5 rep max as possible. You will use this weight for all of your sets. Rest 2-3 minutes between each set of front squats and increase the load should you feel the need to do so.
