100 ft Walking lunge
21 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
21 Pull-ups
21 Burpess
21 Ball Slams
We will be testing your maximal effort standing long jump and from there deciding on a distance for you to use during the WOD. We are looking for maximal power output with each jump so be ready for a decent distance.
