CrossFit is hard but it definitely is not a program that is geared just towards those people that are athletes or already in shape. It is a program that was meant to bring any person, regardless of their current fitness level, to the greatest fitness of their life, whether its a new mother (which we have), a couple of soon to be doctors (which we also have), a college professor (present and accounted for), a few military studs (improving every day), people that have never worked out for any consistent amount of time (we have those too), elite MMA fighters (three of Omaha's best), or those that were just tired of their same old routine at the other big box gyms (new ones come in all the time). Again, CrossFit is hard but even more so it is fun and the best way to train!
