35 SDHP (85#/65#)
7 Burpees
35 DB Front Squats (30#/20#)
7 Burpees
35 Medicine Ball Situps (same as cleans)
7 Burpees
35 Jumping Muscle-ups (rings or bar)
7 Burpees
35 Medicine Ball Cleans (20#/15#)

  6. i also won't be there tonight- work again. but this one looked great so i did it this morning at school. i only had an 20" box, 18 lb med ball, and a bar for muscle-ups the hight of my shoulders, but it worked okay. people looked at me funny. 21:15

  12. 23:45, the jumping muscle ups killed me, then my legs gave out on the cleans. Still recovering from Monday.
