x60 DB Swings (45#/25#)
x30 Burpees
Run 400 meters
x40 DB Swings
x20 Burpees
Run 400 meters
x30 DB Swings
x15 Burpees
Run 400 meters

My challenge to you is to complete this workout in 25 minutes or less. Whether you are a competitive person or not, challenge yourself not to surpass this time limit. Do anything and everything you can in order to avoid 25:01. Do you have it in you?

  2. First, let me start by saying that I will be back, I promise!! Second, finished today's WOD a little bit ago 23:17 and then I had a little visit from my favorite clown. I also think i re-broke my foot. I hate whoever thought this one up!!
