Test Time!

We have completed some "girls" such as "Barbara", we have worked on the Olympic lifts, and we even got a little running in so now is the time for a little test. Let's see what you got, that's if you dare to show up.

WOD
For time:
Walking lunges, 25 steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Rope climb, 3 ascents

Scale the workout but never the intensity. Push when you don't want to. Never let them see you tired as your strength and drive is what keeps them going strong. Your ability to reach beyond your comfort gives others courage to finish right along with you. In the end, we can all collapse in utter exhaustion and revel in the fun we just endured!

It's a little cheesy I know, but you just gotta love workouts such as these. It's why we do this isn't it?
