Score is amount of jumps it takes to cover 100 meters. Post to comments. Start by running five 100 meter sprints with one minute of rest between each attempt. Upon completion rest for three minutes then long jump 100 meters followed by another three minutes of rest. Finish the workout with an additional five 100 meter sprints.
