It has been a tough two days so far and you guys are inspiring to say the least. Today we slow it down a bit and work on some new things, namely pistol squats. Hope to see you there.

WOD
Pistol Squat Technique
followed by......
50 Pistol Squats

Do them by yourself, use a squat rack, use an attached band in front or overhead, or even partner up as in the picture above. These will be awkward and tough but not timed. Have fun trying this new exercise out.
