This video was just put up on the main site. It is of Mini "Cindy", 5 PU, 10 Pushups, 15 Air Squats in 10 minutes. The video though is mainly centered around correct form on the most fundamental movements of CrossFit exercises. Check it out, mostly the pushups but definitely the pullups and squats as well. Do you see yourself anywhere in this video.
