Self-Defense

Today's 6pm class will be in the wrestling room learning self-defense. Coach Denney, our wrestling coach, will be the instructor and has years of experience in teaching self-defense. It will definitely be a great opportunity for us to expand our horizons. If you show up for the 5pm class you are more than welcome to stay for the class as well.

Rest Day!
Here's the plan, I want to film all of you at your best, so what I want you to do is start thinking about what your strengths are and we'll get you on film performing it. If you are good at deadlifts I want to see a record pull, if you are good at squatting let's see it, how about pullups (reps or weight). It doesn't have to necessarily be a CrossFit exercise either. Let's show'em all how strong we are.

  2. nasty girls variation? that was MURDER. i got through four full rounds, and on the fifth i got to the the 11th or 12th jumping muscle up. i don't know which because there wasn't any oxygen in my brain at that point.
