Rest Day!
Here's the plan, I want to film all of you at your best, so what I want you to do is start thinking about what your strengths are and we'll get you on film performing it. If you are good at deadlifts I want to see a record pull, if you are good at squatting let's see it, how about pullups (reps or weight). It doesn't have to necessarily be a CrossFit exercise either. Let's show'em all how strong we are.
