L-Hold (demo)
Double alternating tabata rounds. Score total reps for each. Each second on the L-hold is counted as one rep. You get 20 seconds for deadlifting and then 10 seconds to start the L-hold. Then 20 seconds for the L-hold and then 10 seconds to get back to deadlifting. Alternate back and forth for 8 rounds of each exercise (8 minutes total).
