Handstand Pushups

I have come across a new way to help with hspu's so that everyone can be upside down. This workout ought to be a hit.

  2. pretty cool assisted handstand pushups. i recommend everyone try the half-somersault. it's awesome. in my defense, though, i did get all 21 in a row. that's desperation at work.

  4. I did like the hspu's by the end... Once you figure out how to stay centered, they're manageable.
