I'll tell you what! You guys did such a great job this week that today, those who show up get to pick what workout they want to do. Granted we can't have 7 different people do 7 different workouts otherwise we would be all over the place but maybe we can compromise. If you come in and there is a benchmark you have been wanting to try or a "girl" you have been wanting to give a go, then let's do it. You choose and we will do it. On top of that, if there is a workout that you want me to do (Ricky), think of the hardest one you can think of and I'll do it. It has to be a consensus. Put one together (of course it has to be within reason) and I'll do it. Even if it is 100 Burpees for time.
