WOD
Pushups (1 set of max reps)

Rest 2 minutes

4 Rounds for time:
Air Squat for as many reps as you completed pushups
200 meter run

*If you get 40 pushups, then your reps for the squats are 40. I expect nothing but picture perfect pushups. Post your reps on the pushups and the time it took you to complete the squat/run WOD to comments.
